Wipro Is Back to Campus

Wipro is considered to be the largest company in India and it is back to campus. The company is planning to employ 7,500 freshers in the near future.

According to Paranjpe, joint CEO of Wipro Technologies, the company is developing lateral hirings and also thinking to add non-engineering students.

Not so long ago Wipro increased salary to its employees. From February 1, employees will get a pay hike in the 8% to 12% range some of them will get even 15%.

It is expected that its IT services revenue will grow up to 3.6-5.4 percent in January-March, having $1.16-$1.18 billion in the preceding quarter, it set a 4.9 percent sequential rise in the latest quarter.

Wipro, creating software applications and managing call center, increased net profit up to Rs 1,203 crore during October-December.
