Only Apple know whether it is going to introduce its tablet or not, still we have to wait for Wednesday. One should note that there is one Apple tablet that is already in the market.
There was an interview with Axiotron president and chief executive Andreas Haas during which several questions were asked to him. He was asked whether Apple introduced its tablet or not. According to Andreas Haas, many people would see the iPad, or iSlate which is considered to be my Newton message pad rewired. He told about specs of the device, i.e. the tablet would come with a large screen, larger than iPhone, iPod touchscreen device has.
Also he noted that the company would not use the word “tablet” in its description but it was not confirmed and one should wait for the release. Andreas Haas supposed that the new device would become a new category of devices.
To describe the new device such words as “slate,” “slab” or “tablet” can be used. It is still unclear whether Apple is able to keep convenient as well as relaxing e-reading environment and at the same time not to loose the sense of vibrancy. Haas considered that users should appreciate not only the vibrancy of multiple colors, but capabilities of the device.
