It is expected that Vodafone Group PLC (VOD) will sell Google Inc.’s (GOOG) Nexus One smartphone to its U.K. consumers. They just need to wait for a few weeks.
Even competitors started to hold a parley with Google concerning its new device.
Vodafone is also in early negotiations with the Internet giant about backup the phone in such countries as France, Germany and Spain.
There are hopes that the device will be offered in other European countries through the course of 2010. But there is no clear information concerning dates as well as prices.
