Those consumers who are looking for a budget cell phone they can have a look at Vodafone 150 and Vodafone 250. They are considered to be ultra low cost phones.

The devices come with unprecedented voice and SMS services. They also offer backup for mobile payment services. The devices have almost the same basic features but still there are differences between them, i.e. Vodafone 250 includes the FM radio and it also is equipped with larger color screen.
