Samsung has launched the little sister of i7500 Galaxy under the name of i5700 Spica in India recently. This is the second handset from Samsung based on Android.

Various exciting features of Spica include – 3.2 inch HVGA TFT touchscreen, an 800 MHz processor and 3G connectivity. These are some exciting improvements over i&500. To list a few of them, the previous one has an AMOLED display.

As expected this Android based device is pre-equipped with all the Google applications you will ever need. Just to name a few – Google Search, Gmail, Google Maps, YouTube etc.

Theer are some other differences also in between these two devices. Spica is a little heavier than the other one. I7500 supports social networking with GPS tagging which is not available in Spica.

Moreover, the camera is reduced to 3.2 megapixels from 5 megapixels in Galaxy. But Spica will support DivX video playback. The best of all is that the price is set at Rs. 14,750 in Inida.
