Windows 7 is going to get a tough competition with the launch of Google Chrome OS based notebook y Samsung. As announced by Samsung, the notebook will be launched later this year.

Another similar product whose launch is announced recently is N-series netbook N210.

As reported by the Samsung, the notebook will support 3G, Wi-Fi connectivity. It will come with 64 GB of hard drive.

It will also have a battery life of 12 hour. The notebook will be based on Qualcomm’s 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor.

It was expected that Acer will be the first one to launch a notebook based on Google Chrome OS, but with this announcement it is not quite sure now .May be both companies will launch their notebooks simultaneously!
