PlayStation 3 To Reveal Titles In March NPD Top 20

Recently in the gaming world, the month of March appeared to be quite lucky for the Play station 3 as it made its place in the U.S. charts for retail software sales and that to amongst the NPD’s top 20.

Games like the God of War III and the Heavy Rainto have made their name in the top 20 list. As a matter of fact, the God of War II, the exclusive PlayStation 3 game made selling of 1.1 million units making itself the top most sold SKU. On other hand, the Nintendo Wii just could make its 5 games in the chart, followed by Xbox 360 and DS with four games each.

The Show, the God of War Collection and the Heavy Rain, the Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XIII, the Electronic Arts’ Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and the Activision’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is the few other PS3 titles enlisted in the top 20 chart.

According to recent analysis by NPD, the God of War introduced in November has now by sold 650000 units within the U.S and is in the top 20 chart list consecutively for the fourth month. The games which could not make it to the charts are to Take-Two’s BioShock 2.
