Motorola introduced its eighth Android phone at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The handset comes under the name of the Motorola Cliq XT or Quench.
The phone runs Android 1.5 and has MotoBlur user interface that comes with usual features such as contact syncing across social networks, a unified inbox that is used for different e-mail accounts as well as live widgets for social networking. Also in case you lost your handset, you are able to track your phone with the help of GPS.
The device does not have a physical keyboard. The design is of high level and the keyboard is comfortable to use. The handset is based on integrated Swype technology that allows to type faster and also easier with one continuous finger but still you can also use stylus motion.
The Cliq XT is equipped with a 3.1-inch touchscreen that is considered to be small if compare with other smartphones. It also includes pinch-and-zoom capabilities found in the browser and Flash Lite support. It has an integrated 5-megapixel camera. You are also able to benefit all the Google services that can be found on an Android phone.
