Because of the appearance of mobile Bing, Google is in a hurry to give an Android device in people’s hand.
Microsoft launches its Bing search application designed for Apple’s iPhone. The app comes with a spoken-command function due to which users are able to address or a keyword in order to receive the results of search.
In its app, Google integrated voice recognition that allows users to give spoken commands instead of typing it.
Google is considered to be the leader in mobile search especially on the iPhone that linked GPS location with Google maps and local search results. But in this very point Microsoft has a disadvantage, i.e. the owners of Apple iPhone need to download the Bing application via iTunes while Google’s search is preloaded on the iPhone.
Google’s touchscreen-driven Android system and Apple’s iPhone have underwent such times when the leading companies such as Microsoft, Research In Motion and Nokia had been changing their operating systems in order to adapt the trend.
In order to avoid such alterations Google decided to work with mobile phone maker HTC, offering its own device known as Nexus One.
Not to choose what search engine would be integrated on its phone, Google developed its own Android operating system that guarantees that the company’s search service would be front and central.
