Asus has recently announced a series of netbooks in its range of Eee PC, namely the Eee PC 1008HA, Eee PC 1005HA and Eee PC 1101HA.
Designed to fulfill the needs of young adults, professionals and travelers, these netbooks are claimed to very stylish.
The series features a 2.5-inch SATA II 160GB hard disk drive along with an online Eee storage facility of 10 GB. With a multi-touch track-pad and intelligent energy management system, the even subsume an ergonomically designed keyboard.

With their designs inspired by Seashell, the incorporate a host of other features as well. Their stylish and glossy body is created through the In-Mold Roller technology. It protects the body from any sort of scratches. There is a 10-inch LED backlit WSVGA glare-type display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels with Color-Shine.
Weighing just 1.1 kg, their depth measures a mere 1 inch. Their battery life is 6 hours. The right amount of power required for a particular program is ascertained and supplied by the Super Hybrid Engine.
Other prime features include a Windows XP Home operating system, Intel Atom processor, 1GB SO-DIMM RAM and a 160GB 2.5” SATA II 5400RPM hard disk plus 10GB Eee storage, 802.11b/g/n @2.4GHz wireless LAN and Bluetooth 2.1 and EDR support, a 3 cell Li-polymer battery, a 1.3MP camera and many more.
The colors they are available in are black and white. The price has not yet been revealed.
