Apple has expanded its suit against HTC after accusing it of violating 20 of its iPhone patents. Apple has accused the Taiwanese handset maker of using its technology for which it has the patent. The suit has been filed in US District Court in Detaware.
The company says that the newly added patents use the same technology which it has been using as a “system for real-time adaptation to changes in display configuration.”
Before filing these new tow suits, the company has also filed suits of similar nature against HTC. In its original suit, that later it expanded, Apple has accused the HTC that it has infringed on patents that are related to the phone’s graphical user interface. The phone’s underline hardware and software design also has been copied. Apple has overall claimed that HTC has violated its five of the patents. .
