The Core Platform team of Apple’s Core OS organization has posted some job vacancies that shows Apple is looking forward to bring-up the iPhone.

The new ‘bring-up’ platforms will apparently consist of chips manufactured by Apple as the company has already launched new the Apple A4 System-on-a-Chip in iPad.

Apple has spent $1 billion to develop ARM-architecture based chips.

So it is expected that the new platforms which Apple may introduce as part of their product cycle will carry these chips.
