According to American hacker George, he hacked the PlayStation 3 and now is able to access to the systems memory and processor.

He is known for his unlocking the iPhone due to which it was possible to use the device from other wireless service providers. Such news became known due to his blog that was written on January 22, 2010.

PlayStation 3 includes a security system that is known as Hypervisor. It averts users from taking full control of the systems hardware. The PlayStation is able to back up third-party operating systems that work on console, but it does not require to compromise the system’s security measures.

It was written to bypass the consoles security system Google needed five weeks. The security system of the console is considered to be a combination of “not so simple software” as well as “simple hardware”.

But it does not necessarily mean that users will see Homebrew on PlayStation 3 in the near future. But developers should make some serious alteration in the security system.
